City Park Ambience Pod Instructions

Ambience Pods are quite different from ambience CDs. Instead of one long track, the sound you hear is made up of lots of smaller tracks, overlayed to present highly dynamic soundscapes. The following instructions will help you get the most out of your City Park Ambience Pod.

To get started with these instructions, please click your Pod's 'Options' button and you'll see the same as above. You can show and hide the options panel at any time.

Scenes

Ambience Pods work on the principle of walking from one 'Scene' to another. For example, you're walking through a forest and after a few minutes you come to a stream, it then starts to rain. Each of these three events is known as a 'Scene'.
Move to the
next scene
Select how often you move
from one scene to another.
Wait on the
current scene

If you are enjoying a particular scene you can 'Wait' there, and you can 'Move' to the next scene at any time. You can also set the 'Speed' at which you are moving from scene to scene.

Additional Tracks

You can also customize your ambience by selecting additional tracks. This City Park Ambience Pod comes with music and weather tracks, which you can switch on/off at any time. If you own more than one Ambience Pod you can play them at the same time while adjusting their volumes to create your own unique ambience!

The System Tray

You can hide your City Park Ambience Pod using the 'Tray' button. This sends the pod to your 'System Tray', the small group of icons on the right-hand side of the Window's task bar. To restore the Ambience Pod to it's normal view, click it's system tray icon.
