I've lost my registration details. What do I do now?
You don't need to buy another copy of your Ambience Pod to get a new registration code. Please contact us via our support address for further assistance with at least some of the following information.
This will help us track down your order details and we'll email you straight back.
- The Ambience Pod's name.
- The order ID you received after purchasing the Ambience Pod.
- The email address you used to purchase the Ambience Pod.
- The date of purchase.

Can I listen to Ambience Pods without an internet connection?
Yes, although you will need to use a PC with an internet connection to download the Ambience Pod,
you can then burn the installer (the downloaded file) on to CD-Rom. Use this CD-Rom to install
the Ambience Pod directly on your non-internet PC.
To unlock the full version of an Ambience Pod, you will need to use a PC with an internet connection
to purchase it. You will receive your registration details via email. These registration details can
be entered into an Ambience Pod without the need of an internet connection.

Can I install my purchased Ambience Pod on another computer?
Yes, you can install any purchased Ambience Pod on any computer you own, however we do request
that you never share your registration details.

Where is my registration code?
Your registration code will be emailed to you after your purchase has cleared.
In most cases this is straight away and the email should be waiting for you.
PayPal payments paid by e-check may take 3-4 working days to clear after which
your registration code will be sent to the email address you have on file with PayPal.
The receipt you receive from PayPal is simply a confirmation that the transaction has
taken place.
If you do not receive an email please check your 'spam' folder, sometimes legitimate emails do get blocked.
Please contact us via our support address for further assistance with at least some of the following information :
- The Ambience Pod's name.
- The order ID you received after purchasing the Ambience Pod.
- The email address you used to purchase the Ambience Pod.
- The date of purchase.

I cannot get an Ambience Pod to work. What can I do?
Many times crashing or lockup issues can be resolved by simply uninstalling and reinstalling the Ambience Pod.
Some issues can be resolved by updating your version of Microsoft DirectX, for more information please see the What is Microsoft DirectX and where can I get it? section.
Many older sound cards aren't fully compatible with Microsoft DirectX.
Usually, simply updating your sound card drivers will fix any strange sound problems you may encounter.
Please check with your sound card manufacturer or their website for the latest drivers.
In most cases, when experiencing a problem the Ambience Pod will ask you to use our online bug report form.
This helps us to make the Ambience Pods more compatible and we look at each case that comes through.

What is Microsoft DirectX and where can I get it?
Microsoft DirectX is the part of Windows which allows our Ambience Pods to 'talk' to your sound hardware.
Most computers released over the last few years should be compatible with our Ambience Pods.
Upgrading and installing Microsoft DirectX is entirely free, the latest version is available directly from Microsoft here :

I'm new to downloadable software. How does it all work?
Simply click the 'Download' or 'Free Trial' links on this site to download the setup file. Run this file to install the Ambience Pod.
This will place an icon on your desktop which you can use to try out the Ambience Pod. All our Ambience Pods can be played for 30
minutes completely free of charge.
If you enjoy a particular Ambience Pod and wish to purchase it please use the 'Buy Now' button either on this website or in the
Ambience Pod's opening registration screen. You'll be sent a registration code which will turn the demo version of the Ambience
Pod into the unlimited version.
